What do you think makes a good film? Its time for the people to decide!

Membership clubs will be automatically entered into The People’s Vote, where pupils, teachers, friends and family will vote for the film which they think is the best overall, considering the script, camera work, acting, editing, sound and music from each cluster. The winners will have their film available on our website and in July the People’s Vote winners will go head to head at the Cineclub Awards!

Jury Prize 2008: Music Video

A music video can be anything from a film of the musicians performing with their instruments to a story with many characters set to music.

Try to use copyright free or original music or get a local band or your school music department involved.
Remember your video does not have to illustrate the lyrics of the song. In fact, most videos do not do this.

Cinefilm: your challenge is to make a one minute film about the ‘pleasures and pains’ of low budget film making!

Congratulations! You are now officially a low budget film maker! Now we would like you to make a documentary about film about your own experiences and the ‘making of’ your films. This is an opportunity to share with other people how it feels to become a film maker. Tell us about the highs and lows and give us all your top tips and don’t forget to keep it to one minute!
