Cineclub
Cineclub are recruiting North West Associate Artists for Cineclub
As a regional Associate Artists you will train children and teachers in low budget film production from start to finish, including all pre-production, production and post production activities. These workshops can range in duration from 1 day projects to after school clubs lasting 1 or 2 schools terms in length. Our network includes young filmmakers from primary schools, secondary schools and youth organisations.
Candidates will need:
- A knowledge of low budget filmmaking techniques,
- To be confident and friendly
- To have an understanding of behaviour management and the challenges of working with young people.
- To have experience running filmmaking activities with children and young people.
Every applicant must have a full enhanced CRB disclosure or must be prepared to apply for one prior to commencing work.
Selected applicants will be asked to attend a workshop session/interview where you can demonstrate your skills and tell us more about yourself. Interviews and workshops will take place on Friday 9th of April at Zion Arts Centre Manchester.
Prior to being offered work on a freelance basis, successful chosen candidates MUST attend Cineclub’s compulsory 2 day induction training (dates TBC).
